8th Annual Birthday Toy Drive Recap To Blow You Away

We are very excited to share with you the 8th Annual Birthday Toy Drive Recap!

We know it’s now August, but we received so many donated items and financial contributions to purchase toys that it took a little longer to gather all the stats — and we’re so thankful for that!

First, we’d like to say a huge thank you to our amazing sponsors for this year: Steel City Pediatric Dentistry, Natural Funeral Company, Steel City Mobile Mini Golf, Talent Scout Pittsburgh, BLINK & Sara Leitera REALTOR®. Without their contributions, we wouldn’t have had such an incredible party. Please consider visiting their landing pages for more information.

Secondly, we were fortunate to have over 25 raffle items this year! These helped us raise $545 to purchase new toys & books. Thank you to everyone who donated raffle items, and a special thank you to our friends at Burg Crafted, who put together the artist collaboration baskets!

To everyone who purchased tickets — thank you so much! If you took home your ticket that was taped to a raffle bag, please send us a photo so we can confirm any winnings, as we cannot award prizes without it. If you won one of the digital prizes, please email Tiff at tiff@birthdaytoydrive.fun.

Huge shoutout to Moni Bakes Sweet Dreams for hosting two different bake sales, helping us raise over $350 to donate new toys & books! If you’re interested in purchasing baked goods or boba from Moni Bakes Sweet Dreams, please visit their landing page for contact information.

Next up, we couldn’t have pulled off this amazing event without our incredible support team! Every year they step in to help — picking up items, providing their talents & so much more. We are truly grateful for their dedication year after year.

Lastly, we want to thank all of our donors this year! Because of your generosity, we surpassed our goal of 500 new toys and books for The Children’s Home of Pittsburgh — and not just surpassed it, but more than doubled it with over :

1,210 new toys and books to donate!

We could not have achieved this without our sponsors, donors, raffle contributors, support team & volunteers. Please be sure to visit our Special Thank You’s page to learn more about all the wonderful people who make this possible. The Birthday Toy Drive is deeply appreciative of everyone who works year-round to bring this event to life.

As a reminder, we keep our Amazon wish list open all year round. The wish list will ship directly to The Children’s Home of Pittsburgh until May 1st, 2026. We also update the wish list to make sure that toys stay under $40 & are what is in demand at that time.

Stay tuned for the amazing photos by Ashley Ann Photography — those will be posted in the coming days!

Don’t forget to check out our Collab page for upcoming collaborations, and our Events page for future happenings. We’re especially excited for our 2nd Annual Keep Warm event coming this fall — so be on the lookout!

Again, thank you to everyone who donated, participated, and helped in every way. We can’t wait to see you on May 1, 2026 for the 9th Annual Birthday Toy Drive!
